Diwali, also called the festival of lights, is one of the most important festivals on the Hindu calendar. Families celebrate it with different traditional activities, such as colourful drawings on the floor, make offerings at the temple, play with firecrackers and fireworks.
Our journey started going to the village to buy pigments. After lunch, we went on a trip to the temple of Yagantti where we could swim.
When we were back to Haribala, we made drawings on the patio and played with firecrackers
A great day with lots of fun!
